This is what happens maybe this is what has happened to you or someone you know.

Someone approaches you somehow somewhere maybe a friend or someone you do not know. They have a great opportunity with a company that has a really good product or service. Where you can make some extra money in your spare time and reach financial freedom and perhaps leave your job. You get excited, motivated and pumped up and ready to go.

Sounds great right, sounds really good actually we all want that.

The first problem is that there is a lot of hype with this. It can happen but not as fast as most people will tell you. Most of the hype sounds like this make $10,000 in a few months and not do anything. You see this all over the internet. Or how about this one no selling involved. Not true you have to sell something to make money. It takes at least 2-5 years to create financial independence not a few months.

These are just a few there are all kinds of hype and false statements going around. The main reason people are doing this is because some else told them the same thing and so on etc. Now you have hundreds end even thousands of people doing the same thing failing miserably.

Secondly, you have people who have never started their own business and who have never done any marketing at all being taught the wrong way to do both. This happens because you have people teaching other people the wrong way and everybody is affected. Then you have thousands of people doing it the wrong way. The foundation is all wrong.

You have these companies, so called marketing companies that should be teaching marketing and they are not. Sounds kind of ironic marketing companies not teaching their members the art or marketing the true foundation of business.

So that is the problem the blind leading the blind in the home business industry. And that is why 90% of people who start their own business fail totally disappointed.

So they tell everyone they know it did not work and so on and so on and thousands of people miss out on a great financial opportunity.

First of all lets forget about all the hype. It takes work, time and effort to create the kind of income that frees you financially and personally. This is not a get rich quick. If it was nobody would be working and we would all be rich. People get started and in a few months drop out because they have not made any money because of all the hype. The hype is a great disservice to people and the industry.

The main problem with all these companies and opportunities is that they are not teaching the true art of marketing. What they do is tell you to go out and talk to hundreds or even thousands op people knocking them over the head with information with a selling approach. Nobody likes selling and no on likes to be sold. This is just human nature.

You may have been told to buy some leads, cold call, the 3 foot rule and anyone breathing with a pulse could be a potential business partner. I cant tell you how many times I have heard this garbage.

The art of marketing and is to have people contact you first not the other way around. No one should have to cold call anyone at all. This just means a person does not know how to market. Believe me I found out the hard way. Spending all kinds of money on things that did not work.

So I took off a few months form business to study marketing and found out the true secrets to marketing. Everything changed once I learned the art of marketing.

The real secret to marketing is setting up a system to where you personally do not have to do any selling at all. I like to call it selling without selling. Once again nobody likes selling.

In summary people fail because they are not taught the proper way to market their home business and because there is a lot of hype that seduce people to join their business. This is a real business and needs to be treated like a real business not a hobby. It takes a few years to become financially and personally independent.
